The Strategy Team is responsible for the global roadmap of the company, aligning all internal and external stakeholders around the company's Vision and long-term objectives. Therefore, it looks at the Mission of the company, how it evolves and how the company has to be structured to deliver it. It also identifies the opportunities (new business lines, new business model, geographical expansion, M&A, etc) that the company has to catch and prepares mitigation strategies for the threats (Risk Management, Legal, etc.) that might materialise.

The ESG Team at Cohabs ensures that our growth goes hand in hand with positive environmental and social impact. By embedding sustainability, responsibility, and ethical practices into our operations and strategy, the team works across all departments to reduce our environmental footprint, foster inclusive and safe communities, and uphold strong governance standards. Their mission is to make ESG a concrete driver of long-term value, ensuring that Cohabs develops sustainably while creating meaningful, responsible living experiences for our members and stakeholders.

The Finance Team is the guardian of our financial health. Its mission is to equip the business with the clarity, tools, and foresight needed to grow responsibly and profitably. In a multi-country and fast-paced environment like ours, Finance plays a central role in balancing ambition with control, helping us scale sustainably while staying true to our mission.

The Concept Team at Cohabs transforms ideas into inspiring spaces. Focusing on interior architecture and design, they create functional, aesthetic, and sustainable environments that reflect our brand and enhance the everyday life of our members. By combining creativity, research, and attention to detail, they define the vision for each property and guide its transformation from concept to reality. Their mission is to craft spaces that are not only beautiful but also practical, welcoming, and memorable for everyone who lives in them.

From concept to completion, they manage renovation and development projects across our properties, ensuring every detail aligns with our standards and vision.
