The Cohabs Strategy team's objective is to anticipate and manage opportunities and risk and to ensure smart decisions are made. It is preparing all the decisions that the top management and board of directors have to make. The Team is made of self-driven individuals that thrive for quality in their deliverables and always think about where the business will go.

The Finance Team ensures the financial sustainability of Cohabs across all geographies. It handles budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, fundraising, financial reporting, and internal controls. The team supports data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and timely insights. It operates with transparency, ownership, and precision, and is committed to turning complex challenges into clear, actionable financial strategies.
