Customer Invoicing, monitoring and follow-up of customer payments
Management and settlement of suppliers
Recording customer and supplier invoices in the accountant’s software
Interaction with the accounting firm (sending bank statements, Q&A on supplier/customer ledgers, etc.)
Human resources administration
Administrative HR onboarding/offboarding of employees (partial): HR calendar, occupational health, registration for training and OPCO, health insurance, badge and office account setup
Payroll Preparation (partial): transport information collection, tickets restaurant, vacation validation
Control and payment of expense reports
Personal assistant
Meeting and agenda planning (appointment scheduling, monitoring of meeting organization…)
Organisation of travel (hôtel, transport)
And any other administrative management tasks based on Carbometrix’s current needs.

Support in organization internal and external events
Mail and parcel management
Any others tasks to support Carbometrix development
Minimum: Bac+3 or bachelor degree
Perfectly fluent in French speaking and writing (C2 level)
Strong English speaking and writing capacity (C1 level)
Polyvalence and leadership
Rigor, organization and attention to details
Very good knowledge of French business and social environment
Basic knowledge in accounting
Proficiency in IT tools (google workspace, CRM, invoicing software). Proficiency in Sellsy a plus
