    Job description

    The SE team is growing and looking for its future Junior Solutions Engineer! 👋

    He/she will work directly under the supervision of Baptiste, Head of SE (Solutions Engineers).

    He/she will be the functional referent during the integration phase during which the customer installs Batch’s solution. His/Her responsibility includes being in charge of guarenteeing the proper execution of the integration and the respect of project deadlines. Once the integration is completed, he/she allows Batch’s Customer Success Managers to take over by ensuring a smooth transition with the client.

    On a daily basis, the missions consist of:

    • Defining the implementation phases of Batch’s different solutions (iOS/Android/Web SDKs, APIs, dashboards) for new customers according to their specific needs and technical stack;
    • Planning all the integration steps taking the client’s deadlines into account;
    • Identifying and communicating effectively with the different internal and external stakeholders of the project;
    • Setting up the necessary technical connections;
    • Sequencing, defining and executing integration tests at different stages of the project;
    • Designing and integrating tagging plans according to the business needs expressed by the client;
    • Documenting specific cases encountered if necessary;
    • Contributing to enriching the technical documentation, the Help Center and the internal knowledge base;
    • Continuously seeking to improve the onboarding process.

    Preferred experience

    • Successful project management experience, experience in coding or as a project manager, product manager is required;
    • Technical Project Management skills are required (ability to understand and explain Batch’s technical documentation);
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills;
    • “Facilitator” and “Organizer”;
    • Sense of mission, willingness to see projects through to completion;
    • Fluent English & German are required.

    Recruitment process

    Batch conducts all its interviews in the same way, in 4 simple & easy to understand steps for all candidates:

    1. First contact call (15 to 30 minutes).
    2. On-site interview with an HR person accompanied by a team leader (45 minutes).
    3. Case-study conducted on site or remotely.
    4. Meeting with one of the Batch co-founders (30 to 45 minutes).

    At the end of these 4 steps, if they are all successful, Batch will make you an offer.
