About the job

 

Main missions

Your responsibilities include :• Group Procurement Data GovernanceDevelop and animate Group-wide Procurement data governance committees to assist local entities in leveraging their data, addressing pain points, sharing use-cases, and discussing ongoing and planned initiatives.

• Group Procurement Data Quality AssuranceSet standards for data quality for all Procurement-owned data objects, implementing measures to monitor, report, and enhance data quality while addressing root causes. Oversee data enrichment initiatives.

• Cross-Entity Procurement CollaborationEngage with procurement teams across different entities to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with group-wide standards and practices.

• Group Procurement Data DocumentationEnsure proper data documentation and management of procurement-related metadata, including definitions, sources, and usage across entities.

• Group Procurement Data Security & ComplianceEnsure that local Procurement requirements regarding data security and compliance are incorporated into Procurement solutions design.

• Group Procurement Data Lifecycle ManagementOversee the lifecycle of procurement data from collection to archiving, ensuring adherence to retention policies and legal requirements.

• Procurement Data Maturity and Best Practices DisseminationMonitor local procurement data management processes to drive maturity up to Group standards and provide training and resources on data management best practices, tools, and reporting standards.

• Group Procurement Data Architecture & Data Integration OversightEnsure that data architecture and integration of Procurement solutions are aligned with business needs during project implementations.

 

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience required• Proven experience in data management and governance, preferably in a procurement or supply chain context, and demonstrated an ability to learn quickly• Experience working in an international environment

 

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality concepts• Proficient in data management tools and methodologies (experience with COUPA, Salesforce, or similar tools is an advantage)• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• English - Fluent in speaking and writing

 

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams• Flexibility and organizational skills• Interest in driving data-driven decision-making and best practices
