Within the Group, you will join the AXA Group Talent & Learning Team, you will be part of a dynamic and international team, dedicated to attracting top talent, supporting global career management, and driving executive development in alignment with AXA's business goals and brand purpose.

Within this Department, you will be part of the Group HR Talent team, supporting the Talent & Performance project manager in a variety of activities. As such, you will play a key role in contributing shaping the future of Performance and Talent management at AXA.

Your job and daily missions:

  • As part of the AXA Global Talent Team, you will contribute to the implementation of the new AXA Performance management process, by supporting the Talent & Performance Management project manager in several activities, ranging from producing documentation and logistics to being involved in the discussions taking place between AXA and entities involved. The list of activities is non-exhaustive since it will evolve with the project. You will also have opportunities to connect with the AXA Performance management community, understand the wider AXA context and local requirements, and discover how to manage a project in a complex and international environment.
  • You will provide support to the AXA Group Organizational Talent Review (OTR): this will include contribution to security review, position management checks, documentation updates and checks.
  • You will contribute to the AXA Executive population quarterly data collection and collaborate with the wider team on this process.
  • You will assist in other ad-hoc activities ranging from analytics to contributing to other transversal projects happening during the year.

Profil recherché

Professional Skills: 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, mainly Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required, French is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
