🚀Arianee is growing rapidly and is reinforcing its teams by opening more than 40 new positions! This is where you come in ;)

Reporting to the HR Manager, your objective will be to attract and recruit the best talents for all Arianee teams: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Product. You will be responsible for managing recruitment from A to Z and for participating in HR projects related to the employer brand.

Your main missions :

  • Assisting the Hiring Managers and helping them define their needs;
  • Writing job offers with the managers and publishing them on the relevant recruitment channels;
  • Identifying and hunting the best profiles via various channels;
  • Conducting screening interviews and managing the entire recruitment process;
  • Ensuring the best recruitment experience for our candidates;
  • Participating in projects related to Arianee’s employer brand;
  • Performing regular recruitment oriented KPIs report.

Profil recherché

This position is for you if:

  • You have 2 to 4 years experience in recruitment with generalist and tech/product profiles
  • Ideally you have a first experience in a recruitment agency or in a startup
  • You master several sourcing and hunting tools
  • You are autonomous, reactive and rigorous
  • You care about delivering a great candidate experience
  • You are creative, comfortable communicating and offering new ideas
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have an interest in the Web3 world
