We’re opening the very first Product Ops role!

At Agorapulse, the teams are growing and as you know “with great power comes great responsibility”. For few months now, we’re working to make them autonomous and fully empowered. In order to make this move efficient, we also need to structure and scale our operations.

Streamlining our best product practices and methodologies will be key in the next few months, and you can be part of it!

Among your missions, those will be the main ones:

1️⃣ Setup tools and automation the team needs to be more and more efficient (Product feedback Loop will be a big piece!).
2️⃣ Create and maintain product documentation / processes and bring clarity on framework to be implemented.
3️⃣ Managing the Product Stack to use them to their full potential, and make them efficient.
4️⃣ Share all the learning from the product team to every other teams, in collaboration with PMM. Sharing is caring.
5️⃣ Optimize and maintain product team member Onboarding
6️⃣ Choose and follow KPIs and bring data & analytics mindset to the team

You are a doer, want to help and love to organize things!

Examples of your future challenges:

• Product Knowledge: how can we make sure the whole organization is fully aware of what’s happening?
• Product insights: how can we gather feedback from all stakeholders and empower teams to make decisions based on those?
• Product Management: what analytics should we track as a team?

• Past & proven experience as a Product Ops, Product Manager or Project Manager
• Thriving in Chaos and being able to organize it
• Have a deep interest for analytics & have a doer mindset
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS environment
• Self-driven and capable of understand product manager pain points
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills in both French & English
• This position is located in Paris, with a flexible remote policy (no full remote possible)
