We’re looking for an outstanding Manufacturing Operations to help us get 77 FOODS into the hearts, minds and fridges of million plant-based lovers.

This is a full-time position in the operational team at 77 FOODS. It is mandatory to have a prior experience in scaling food companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum 7 years of prior international experiences working in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Management Consulting, or business-related fields. Interdisciplinary and technical backgrounds welcome and appreciated!
• Proven logistics-minded with a history of successfully managing cold supply chain systems and workflow processes
• Demonstrated success building and scaling food production and manufacturing, from bench to pilot, and pilot plant to full scale production
• You have experience distributing products across multiple channels, wholesale and directly to customers
• You are a detail-oriented, process-driven and data-driven individual
• You have a deep passion and knowledge of the food industry, experience in CPG and Food Service preferred, bonus points if that experience includes other proteins or meat alternatives
• Shrewd negotiator and dedicated to getting the best value and lowest cost from suppliers and vendors
• Curious about new ways to improve the production experience
• Ability to give and receive feedback to support the team growth
• Energized by ambitious challenges
• Excellent oral and written communication skills - fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Omnichannel experience is a plus
• Calm in the face of pressure and deadlines
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills which allows you to interact with all types of profiles

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build budgets and financial accounting
• Supervise products sourcing and buying for our laboratory
• Generate production capacity by replicating deals with co-manufacturers around the world
