In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the Leadership team.
You will be responsible for:
• Defining ambitious targets in partnership with the Leadership Team
• Building successful repeatable strategies to grow and strengthen the French Market
• Significantly increase the average deal size
• Contributing to hiring top Sales Talents to support global growth
• Coaching a full Sales Team and driving them to success
• Benchmarking competition to find growth opportunities
• Report on performances, analyze them and expose sales strategies to the founders and investors
• Prepare international growth & acceleration for 2022
For this Head of Sales role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
• You have a strong track record at leading SaaS sales and contributing to heavily accelerate the growth of a company.
• You have a minimum of 10-years experience, including at least 5 years in the B2B SaaS industry.
• You have a strong understanding of the SaaS sales environment for Enterprise market (250ee & above, ACV>20k€).
• You can support the Sales Team in negotiating with C-levels.
• You have communication skills, strong enthusiasm, and an unmatched ability to create team momentum.
• You have a competitive personality focused on impact and excellence
• You have been directly recruiting and managing Sales Executive.
• You are fluent in French and English.
You can be based in Paris or Biarritz
