Descriptif du poste

As Head of Sales, you define and execute the best sales strategy to expand Zenpark’s car park network, and you develop your own portfolio of key accounts. You will be part of the Business Development team.

Your main missions are the following:

  • Define a fast-&-beauty sales strategy with global view (customers, products, markets, channels, international,…) to help Zenpark to lead the smart parking market. Not a 6 months funnel consulting approach but a stategy based on a test-&-learn model.

  • Execute the sales strategy with challenging and reachable targets (revenue, accounts, car parks,…). Draw the sales execution plan and monitor sales results on a day-to-day basis. Adjust the plan when required to outperform the goals.

  • Develop your own portfolio of key accounts. Whether they are new accounts or existing customers, you close deals that perfectly fit with your sales execution plan. No printer travelling sales rep but tactical negotiator who close complex deals that bring the best value possible to both parties.

  • Lead the team of 6 Sales (from Junior to Senior). Help them to boost their performances and be proud of their results. Transform the team in a higly-motivated workforce in a kindly atmosphere. No humdrum manager but an inspirational leader.

  • Implement the best sales organisation to scale Zenpark. Get the best of sales tools to improve the efficiency of the whole sales process. Leverage on internal know-how to improve online lead generation, sales collaterals and sales events.

+10 years experience in complex B2B sales processes
Your track records speak for you
Your sales strategy is sharp, no blabla - you are a doer
Closing accounts is part of your adrenaline, A to C-Level
Your native leadership makes your team smarter
You are a guru in scaling sales activity
Real estate sector is s strong plus
Your mindset is Tech-oriented of course
You work hard and also play hard
Fluent in French & English, German is a plus
