You are a HR Business Partner, and want to thrive in a trust-based, fast-paced scale-up where we want to challenge AI-fraud and secure the admin world?
Then Youtrust might be the right place for you 🙂
Reporting to our Lead HRBP Elisabeth, you’ll operate at both hands-on and strategic levels. You’ll be a trusted partner to our teams and managers, and a key contributor to building a high-impact, scalable employee experience.
As an HR Business Partner at Youtrust, you join as a strong intermediate to senior profile with a clear mission: deliver a flawless “People as a Product” experience, help managers thrive in their role through smart, lateral thinking, and support business performance by using HR processes and labor law as real enablers, not constraints.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with managers and teams through regular touch-points and HR rituals.
Support employees throughout their journey: onboarding, trial period, feedback cycles, development, mobility, performance discussions, and exits.
Act as a safe and reliable point of contact, able to handle HR topics with empathy and straight talk when addressing performance, well-being, and conflicts openly, constructively, and without avoiding hard conversations.
Support managers in structuring efficient, scalable, and budget-conscious teams, driving performance, and retaining key talent.
Advise on promotions, compensation reviews, career paths, and development plans.
Coach leaders on people topics with the same level of clarity, pedagogy, and expectations applied to individual contributors, and help them navigate sensitive or complex situations with confidence.
Own and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle.
Structure and run the training plan to ensure learning supports real business needs.
Bring Youtrust’s culture and values to life through concrete initiatives that boost engagement, well-being, and retention.
Support change and growth projects, helping teams adapt and move forward together.
Track and analyze key HR metrics.
Turn insights into clear action plans that improve employee experience and performance.
Measure impact, iterate, and continuously improve our people practices.
Partner closely with TA and leadership, turning people and organizational challenges into actionable, business-smart solutions.
Lead or contribute to structuring initiatives that shapes the People team and scale our impact.
Make compliance your ally, not a constraint, applying rules with judgment to support business growth while minimizing risk.
You have solid experience as an HR Business Partner (around 5–7 years) with an end-to-end view of HR: onboarding, performance, learning, compensation, legal topics, and exits.
You’re comfortable in a fast-growing, tech or scale-up environment, where structure is still evolving.
You have a proven track record of supporting managers on performance, team organization, promotions, and talent development.
You naturally build trust and communicate clearly with employees, managers, and leadership.
You’re hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic.
You’re curious, adaptable, and enjoy challenges as you grow in the role.
You’re comfortable using HR data to spot trends and support decisions.
You have a good understanding of labor law; knowledge of Syntec is a plus.
You’re fluent in French and English. Spanish is a bonus.
