After raising 6M in funding, Yavin is growing ! We are looking for our very first Product Manager to make our Android-based payment terminal more than just a payment solution by adding many features like BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), Instant payment, ecommerce & Crypto, Loyalty Program and Partners integrations.

One of your first challenges will be to structure the Product division from scratch working directly with our two co-founders. You will also be responsible for the strategic vision of our products and will ensure that the roadmap is respected.
You will play a key role, acting as a pivot between teams (Tech, Sales and Marketing) to understand the subtleties of our business and the needs of our users.

Your main responsibilities :

• Build the product vision to create business value;
• Build the product roadmap in line with the defined strategy;  
• Analyze and formalize requirements based on market expectations, user feedback, client interviews and the Yavin strategy to improve our products and plans;
• Imagine and define new features in collaboration with the business teams and developers;
• Define and prioritize the features to be developed;
• Provide visibility on the development of your product internally;
• Monitor the deployment of new product features and possible bugs to ensure the quality of the developments before they are pushed into production;
• Monitor the performance of the product by creating and managing the analytical tools.

To carry out this mission :

• You’re able to understand the technical issues of a problem and explain it clearly to non-technical people;
• You like to explore multiple industry verticals, collect requirements, and set up go-to-market strategy for various features;
• You’re able to size markets, design new features and understand database constraints;
• You’re able to manage and follow up the new feature process from the developer to the customers;
• You have an interest in participating in the company marketing plan.
