Today Wooclap is used by millions of users in leading academic institutions like Paris-Sorbonne, HEC, Carleton University or Duke University as well as in large organizations such as Pernod Ricard, Vinci or the Red Cross.

As we continue our international expansion, we are seeking a strongly motivated Head of Growth to join the leadership team and scale a high-performance online growth engine.

This role holds direct accountability for aggressively accelerating our lead pipeline from all online channels, driving our online revenue, and expanding our footprint in multiple markets and countries. This requires a highly analytical leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS and/or e-commerce and a deep understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) models. The Head of Growth will partner with product, sales, marketing, customer experience, and engineering to achieve ambitious growth targets in multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Online Acquisition Channels: scale self serve user & B2B prospect online acquisition, including SEO/GEO, paid acquisition

  • Conversion : maximize conversion rates for self-serve users and optimize the lead capture funnels for B2B business prospects on wooclap.com, wooflash.com and all online channels

  • Self-Serve Revenue: Be directly accountable for the revenue generated through the self-serve model. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users, increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn in collaboration with the product team.

  • Data & Analytics: Establish a data-driven culture within the growth team. Use marketing analytics platforms and build revenue models to track performance, forecast growth, and inform strategic decisions.

  • CRM: Architect CRM automation throughout the customer lifecycle to boost conversion, activation, retention and monetization in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Leadership: Lead a team of online marketing managers, oversee external providers, and guide product managers to maximize business returns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with the product and the marketing to enhance Product-Led Growth motions, and with the sales and customer experience team to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.


Profil recherché

Qualifications

  • Experience: Between 8 and 12 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for online revenue streams.

  • Domain Expertise: Proven success in B2B SaaS and/or e-commerce environments, with a strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.

  • Analytical Skills: Highly data-driven with deep expertise in marketing analytics platforms and building revenue models.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across product, sales, customer experience and engineering teams.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.

  • International Experience: Skilled in driving online revenue growth in multiple international markets.

  • A weekly presence at the Paris or Brussels office is required
