We are experiencing hyper and strong growth and thus looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead our international expansion efforts. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in a company transitioning from startup to scale-up.

As our first Growth Marketing Specialist for the UK market, you will play a pivotal role in our global growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive business growth in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns (SEA) to boost Naboo’s visibility

  • Develop and optimize a strong acquisition funnel to convert visitors into customers

  • Design and implement a communication strategy tailored to the UK market

  • Use KPIs to track the success of campaigns and maximize ROI

  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet growth targets

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and innovations


Profil recherché

Languages:

  • English: Native-level proficiency, with an excellent understanding of UK culture

  • French: fluent

Experience: 1 to 3 years in marketing, preferably within a tech company.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in growth marketing

  • Strong knowledge of digital and product marketing

  • Analytical skills for monitoring and interpreting KPIs

  • Experience managing SEA campaigns and optimizing acquisition funnels

Personal Attributes:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and direct communication style

  • Curiosity and proactive approach to marketing research

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Déroulement des entretiens

Step 1 : Video call with a team member (30 minutes)

Step 2: Speed dating with 4 to 5 team members (1.5 hours)

Step 3 : Final interview with the CMO (30 minutes)
