Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a eCommerce Performance Manager to work within the e-Commerce team of one of our international clients in the food industry.

Role will encompass:

  • RUN: Manage 3 programs of data visualization to surface insight from consumer market, digital shelf trend and traffic across worldwide point of sales.
  • COORDINATE: as project manager, you drive and maintain data feeds accuracy from different data providers (ie: Profitero, estore media / Intellibrand / DataImpact / Nielsen / IRI)
  • SUPPORT: on demand, help e-commerce business manager to accelerate e-commerce growth in each market by sharing and contextualising KPI’s for business initiatives

Expected responsibilities are the following:

  • Manage all aspects of reporting & analytics related to ecommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership team, global eBusiness team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Help ecommerce performance team to achieve overall business objectives and financial result by supporting them
  • Drive periodical update meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay on top of ecommerce performance development and trend
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for the eBusiness function and strategy
  • Provide expertise on current eBusiness Analysis best practices and identify new areas of development beyond current organizational thinking

Here are the hard skills that we are expecting for this specific job:
1/ Must: At least 5 year of experience in a role that involves Data analysis for e-commerce and project management (excluding internships and apprenticeship) - please elaborate it in your letter as this is what will convince us to move forward your application the most.
2/ Taken into account: your broad understanding or interest for the e-commerce world including pricing, search, ratings & reviews, key technology platforms, logistics
3/ Optional: an experience in the world of food, beauty or health
