WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the first employee at Wiremind fully dedicated to Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to bootstrap and set up the foundations in a fast-paced, heavily tech-oriented company, through the following:

• Work closely with our hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring expectations and keep them updated on recruitment status,
• Select and optimize the acquisition channels, so as to create an efficient recruitment pipeline continuously fed with talent profiles,
• Source, head-hunt (direct approach), qualify, attract & onboard the best talents for our teams
• Build the employer brand, elaborate the strategy to maximize hiring and retention,
• Participate and represent Wiremind in recruitment events,
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience in full autonomy, from the first contact to the onboarding,

Under the direct supervision of the management team, you will have a chance to make an impact in a growing company with challenging recruitment targets (around 20 people hired every year with at least half in all domains of the software: datascience, backend, frontend, product, etc.).

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US

• You have 2 to 4 years of successfully sourcing and recruiting experience either in a recruitment firm and/or in-house recruitments, in a fast-paced context
• Knowledge of startup and SaaS culture/landscape with Tech and Product profiles
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in leveraging social media, community sites, and internet sourcing platforms to find hard-to-reach candidates
• Well-organized, structured and ability to work on numerous recruitments simultaneously
• Get things done, deliver fast, smart, pragmatic, adaptable to a rapidly changing environment, able to multitask
