Your Missions 🚀
We’re looking for an autonomous, hands-on and strategic Revenue Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and revenue growth initiatives for EVENTORI, our Ticketing & Revenue Management solution for the Sports & Entertainment industry. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, the Brand and the wider Revenue team to plan & execute Marketing programs & campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue.
You will own the marketing funnel for EVENTORI, from awareness to acquisition to expansion, ensuring a seamless connection between marketing activities and revenue outcomes.
Eventori is our solution dedicated to the sports and entertainment industry. We are building the next-gen all-in-one ticketing solution integrating access control, front office, CRM, resale platform and revenue management. Leveraging our expertise in machine learning, data visualisation, tech and yield management, we have the ambition to modernize ticketing and bring dynamic pricing in this industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM strategy development driving revenue growth
- Develop Marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Growth for EVENTORI and the Global Head of Marketing, and in alignment with revenue goals and company OKRs.
- Contribute to the overall GTM strategy for EVENTORI with Sales & Product.
- Define OKRs & KPIs to follow, and monitor progress to drive continuous improvement and strategic impact.
- Monitor pipeline metrics and marketing-attributed revenue across various stages.
- Oversee the Marketing budget for EVENTORI to achieve optimal ROMI.
2. Demand generation for pipeline acceleration
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events etc.) tailored to the sports & entertainment industry in order to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Support with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts.
- Take ownership of all Customer Marketing initiatives to drive retention, engagement and up-/cross-sell.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, iterate based on results, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Develop content (case studies, white papers, product one-pagers, blog posts) in cooperation with our Revenue Content Marketing Manager that supports buyer journeys and educates the market.
- Manage and optimize the EVENTORI presence across social media, PR channels, and the website, including SEO & AISO.
- Collaborate with Sales on lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes via CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Organize and support participation in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events, and coordinate post-event follow-ups.
- Set-up, manage and optimize paid marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
3. Product Marketing for sales enablement
- Equip Sales with strategic insights and sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, battle cards, etc.).
- Work on EVENTORI’s messaging, positioning, ICP and buyer personas in collaboration with sales and product leadership.
- Conduct market research and monitor trends to refine positioning and messaging.
- Work closely with Product and Sales to develop roadmaps and campaigns for upcoming feature releases.
4. Brand development for awareness acceleration
- Collaborate with the in-house Brand team on brand-related projects for EVENTORI (website, rebranding, branding assets etc).
- Support thought leadership, and brand storytelling initiatives to position EVENTORI as a market leader.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Work with external agencies or freelancers when needed to support creative or content efforts.
- Create and manage creative assets (ads, emails, one-pagers, social content) that are on brand.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, technology providers, communities, and industry influencers to create and execute co-marketing initiatives
Your profile 🔎
- French native speaker with fluency in English.
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in crafting clear and compelling content.
- Data-driven and at ease to monitor, report and interpret data.
- Familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and Webflow a plus.
- A plus 💛 if you have experience working in a scale-up or high-growth startup environment
