Attached to the Revenue team and alongside Olivier, our CRO, you will serve as a Monetization Manager. Your role will encompass enhancing WeWard’s existing revenue streams from advertisements, offerwalls, and surveys, as well as exploring new avenues to support growth and achieve WeWard’s ambitions.

By joining our team, you’ll embark on an entrepreneurial adventure where every team member plays a vital role. You will contribute to the company’s strategic and technical decisions, and have a substantial and immediate impact on over 3 million daily users and couting 🚶‍♂️📱.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze and define the global advertising monetization strategy to maximize ad revenue while maintaining a pleasant user experience

  • Organize and implement campaigns to promote the use of offerwalls and surveys within our active user base

  • Monitor performance metrics

  • Manage relationships with all monetization partners

  • Market monitoring to stay up-to-date on the D2C monetization and advertising ecosystems, including product innovations, evolving technologies and regulations

  • Negotiate special operations or preferential deals with existing and potential partners

  • Proactively explore new monetization methods for the app, both in suggesting ideas to explore and finding partners to enable these new solutions

Déroulement des entretiens

Hiring Process:

The first step is a call with Marion, our Talent Acquisition Manager, who will guide you throughout your journey with us. You’ll discuss your expectations, experiences, and she’ll introduce you to WeWard.

Next, you’ll have a video call with Olivier, our Chief Revenue Officer, who will delve into the details of the job’s responsibilities.

Then, you’ll prepare a practical case at home, followed by an in-person presentation to the team.

🏠 We conclude this process with a visit to our premises to introduce you to other team members, and if all goes well… Welcome aboard!
