Job Description

Hi there! 👋

🐼 About us

WeWard is the app that rewards you for walking and turns everyday steps into real-life rewards, connections, & positive impact!

Our mission is to help people move more, feel better, and make movement meaningful.

Today, we are trusted by 25M+ users worldwide, with a fast-growing, international team and offices in Paris and New York.

Our ambition is to build the world’s leading movement-and-rewards platform, scaling globally while using technology, data, and smart incentives to drive lasting behavior change and wellbeing at scale.

🎯 About the role

Our Tech team is growing, and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to our CTO: a strategic partner who will help shape, organize, and accelerate our most impactful initiatives. You’ll be the link between our CTO and other teams (Product, Tech, Revenue), ensuring alignment, clarity and flawless execution on high-impact initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You’ll manage priorities, structure processes, track key projects, and ensure that ideas move efficiently from concept to delivery. From coordinating cross-team efforts to preparing reports and supporting strategic decisions, your impact will be felt across the entire organization.

Your impact/responsabilities

As an EA to the CTO at WeWard, you will provide critical daily, organizational, and strategic support, enabling the Chief Technology Officer to focus on high-level technological and operational leadership at Weward.

You will act as the organizational backbone of the Technology leadership, ensuring execution excellence across all strategic initiatives.

  • Calendar Management: proactively manage and optimize the CTO’s complex schedule, including internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Technology and Product teams, ensuring alignment on key initiatives. Currently 4 teams but it is growing fast.

  • Project Follow-up: track progress on strategic projects, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of action items.

  • Internal Communication: draft and disseminate internal communications on behalf of the CTO, ensuring clarity and consistency.

  • Preparation of Technical Documents: assist in the preparation, review, and organization of technical presentations, reports, and other critical documentation.

  • Reporting: compile data and generate reports for the CTO, providing insights into operational performance and strategic initiatives.

  • Research & Analysis: conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.

  • Local Subsidies Management: help to leverage local French Research subsidies, like CIR or CII.

Our commitments

  • 🏆 SUCCEED — You’ll join a team of passionate people who share values of ambition and determination

  • 🤝 TRUST — We give you real autonomy, trusting you to reach your goals in your own way

  • ⛏️ EXPLORE — You’ll grow in a culture that’s constantly evolving and curious about what’s next

  • 📈 PROGRESS — We’ll support you through challenges, learn from mistakes, and move forward together

  • 😁 SMILE — And every day, you’ll be part of a fun and positive environment where humor is always welcome

  • Interest in Tech/Startups: genuine interest in the technology industry and the fast-paced environment of a startup.

  • High Autonomy: ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
