Your responsibilities

As the Financial Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the company’s financial structure, ensuring the solidity of our operations and contributing to our continuous growth. You will work closely with the management teams to ensure transparent, efficient financial management in line with best practices. You will conduct financial analyses for optimized decision-making and lead necessary action plans. You will also be responsible for tax and social procedures and for managing relationships with various financial partners of the company.

Your missions

Financial Management:

• Develop and oversee annual budgets in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Ensure financial tracking, analyze variances, and recommend strategic adjustments if necessary.

• Manage relationships with financial institutions and optimize sources of financing.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue, costs, and financial performance.

• Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting trends and opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

• Actively contribute to strategic planning by providing financial analyses to inform decisions.

• Participate in the development of action plans to achieve financial and operational goals.

Administrative and Human Oversight:

• Supervise internal administrative activities, ensuring process efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

• Ensure transparent and proactive communication on the financial aspects of the company.

Cash Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flows, identifying optimization opportunities and risk prevention.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement continuous improvements in financial and administrative processes.
