Welii’s core Sales team is growing and we are now looking for our first Team Lead Business Development Representative. Your mission is to be both operational as an experienced BDR and to coach, mentor and develop your team of 2 BDRs, and help in the implementation of the Inside Sales team.
Main missions:

You manage a team of 2 BDRs
You drive your team and lead by example, ensuring the team reaches their target
You help to develop and maintain a business development playbook with processes and best practices such as sales sequence, sales pitches, call scripts, email templates and qualification tactics to ensure efficiency and consistent conveyance of our current messaging
You contribute to some strategic projects for the BDR team
You take 1-2-1s, listening to calls, reading emails and identifying areas for development
65% Operational
Implement several outbound techniques to book meetings with hot leads
Understand customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information and generate interest
Handle inbound customer inquiries across all channels (email, phone, partner)
Help establish the sales processes for the team, maintaining current operations whilst reporting/suggesting changes needed
Identify prospects and market trends through a combination of outbound techniques, what you understand will be crucial for the product

Must-have:
You have a strong ability to motivate and develop a team
You have a proven track record of success in outbound prospecting or lead generation
You are team-player with a strong business-oriented mindset
You have a first experience in a SaaS industry
You speak both French (native) and English (fluently)
Nice-to-have:
You have a previous experience in a Team Lead role or Managerial role
You are familiar with CRM tools like Hubspot
You have a first experience in an early-stage and fast-paced environment
