🔥 Why Stockly needs you

Stockly is a highly technical platform tackling one of the hardest problems in e-commerce: real-time, cross-merchant inventory sharing at scale.

As a Business Operations profile, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Stockly’s growth by driving strategic, transversal projects at the intersection of business, operations, and tech.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role:

  • You act as a bridge between business and technical teams

  • You turn complex and unstructured data into clear action plans

  • You directly contribute to Stockly’s operational excellence and strategic execution

  • You help design and scale processes in a fast-growing environment

This role is ideal for profiles who enjoy complex problem-solving, ownership, and intellectual challenge, and who want to deeply understand how a high-growth tech company operates end-to-end.

🎯 Your mission

As a Business Operations Manager, your mission is to help Stockly scale efficiently by supporting and driving high-impact strategic initiatives across teams.

  • Act as a key transversal link between teams (tech & business) to drive strategic cross-functional projects forward

  • Track and support high-impact business initiatives with precision — several promising projects are already identified but yet to be launched

  • Design creative solutions to complex retailer challenges (operational issues, e-commerce specifics, cross-country setups)

  • Ensure business processes are monitored, measured, and continuously improved

💪 Your responsibilities

  • Act as a key transversal link between teams (Tech, Business, Operations) to drive cross-functional projects forward

  • Track, structure, and support high-impact strategic initiatives, from early exploration to execution

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and translate them into clear recommendations and action plans

  • Design creative and pragmatic solutions to complex retailer and operational challenges (e-commerce specificities, cross-country setups, scalability issues)

  • Monitor, measure, and continuously improve business and operational processes, using relevant KPIs

  • Leverage data analysis, no-code tools, and automation (e.g. SQL, n8n/Make, prompt engineering) to increase efficiency and impact

🤝 Who you’ll work with

  • All internal teams at Stockly: Tech, Business, Operations, with direct exposure to strategic decision-making

This role is deeply cross-functional: you won’t work in a silo, and you’ll constantly interact with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🌟 Why this role is exciting

  • You gain a global and transversal view of how Stockly operates

  • You work on strategic projects that directly impact the company’s performance

  • You tackle complex operational and business challenges in a highly technical environment

  • You navigate an exponentially growing volume of data, learning how to leverage it effectively

  • You develop a deep understanding of how e-commerce truly works, from business models to real-life operational constraints

Every project is different, and the learning curve is steep.

📈 Your growth at Stockly

You can grow by:

  • Developing strong expertise in business operations, strategy, and data-driven decision-making

  • Leading increasingly complex and high-impact transversal projects

  • Becoming a key contributor to how Stockly scales its processes and organization

  • Gaining deep exposure to international, multi-stakeholder environments across Europe

👉 At Stockly, you own your development. The more responsibility you take, the more impact and learning opportunities you unlock.
