As a Product Manager within Welii, you will be responsible for:
Product Vision Development:
Define and communicate the long-term product vision, aligned with the overall company strategy.
Identify growth and innovation opportunities by studying the market, competition, and customer needs.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Develop and implement product roadmaps, in collaboration with technical, design, and sales teams.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial design to delivery, ensuring quality and relevance.
Data and Performance Analysis:
Track key product performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of features.
Use data to make informed decisions and iterate on the product to optimize its success.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure consistency and alignment of goals.
Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.

Significative experience in a product management role, preferably in software or SaaS domain
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate the product vision and influence stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of product development methodologies such as Lean is a plus
You speak both French and English fluently (spoken, written, read)
