As a Product Manager within Welii, you will be responsible for:

1. Product Vision Development:

   • Define and communicate the long-term product vision, aligned with the overall company strategy.

   • Identify growth and innovation opportunities by studying the market, competition, and customer needs.

2. Product Lifecycle Management:

   • Develop and implement product roadmaps, in collaboration with technical, design, and sales teams.

   • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial design to delivery, ensuring quality and relevance.

3. Data and Performance Analysis:

   • Track key product performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of features.

   • Use data to make informed decisions and iterate on the product to optimize its success.

4. Stakeholder Management:

   • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure consistency and alignment of goals.

   • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
