About vialytics:
vialytics is a scale-up founded in 2018, specializing in smart-city revolutionizing road infrastructure management. Our smartphone solution, coupled with artificial intelligence, automatically detects pavement damage and provides a database to field agents. Our goal is to ensure the preservation of Europe's road heritage for safe and sustainable roads.
Of German origin with a European DNA, vialytics has recently developed on the French market. The team is growing and is looking for a motivated talent to join the adventure.

Your mission:
- You are responsible for setting up processes and structures in French people and culture topics at vialytics
- You are taking over responsibility in recruiting new team members and provide a smooth start in our organisation
- You are taking over all people relevant administrational processes for the French market
- You are supporting out core team in different People relevant project topics
- You gather and analyze data with useful People metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Your profil
- You have proven experience of at least two years in a similar role
- You bring a broad understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- You have a good knowledge of employment/labor laws in France
- You have excellent communication and people skills
- You are open-minded, appreciative and up for a new challenge.
- You are fluent in French and English (at least B2.2)
