As we structure our growing team, we’re seeking a Lead Flutter Developer to play a pivotal role in a dynamic environment where they can make a significant impact on both our technology stack and team culture during this exciting growth phase.
Reporting to the Head Of Engineering, you will join a mobile application squad with one experienced Product Manager, 3 BE SE, 2 Front SE, 1 QA, working together with a strong team spirit and driven by the confidence that Veesion is on track to revolutionize the retail industry.
Your Mission:
Take technical leadership in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable architectures.
Ensure adherence to best coding practices, performing rigorous code reviews, and mentoring developers.
Lead decision-making processes and effectively communicate technical choices to the team.
Generate team alignment by defending ideas and fostering a strong technical culture.
Work hands-on with Flutter to develop high-performance applications.
Implement, monitor and animate the best software craftsmanship learning practices.
This position requires being Hands On at 60%. The 40% should be dedicated to the Tech Leadership.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
You have prior experience as a Lead Developer and can effectively mentor and guide a team.
You are an expert in on the mobile side and have experience with Flutter.
You excel in technical leadership, making informed decisions, and executing them efficiently.
You know how to advocate for best practices and inspire developers to follow them.
