Treezor is growing at the European scale and is looking for a Business Developer based in Milan.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Italy, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Designing and implementing the Italian go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Qualifying both inbound and outbound leads, leveraging personal and professional network as well as company tools e.g. Sales Navigator, Kaspr.
  • Validating projects in close coordination with internal teams, including Compliance, Operations, IT, and Legal.
  • Securing large B2B deals and negotiating multi-year contracts with customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Account Management, Implementation) to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience through to the Go-Live phase.
  • Providing product insights to support the development of a localized portfolio of solutions.
  • Facilitating the growth of an ecosystem comprising stakeholders such as system integrators, consulting firms, associations, accelerators, incubators, and venture capitalists, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Representing the company at events, workshops, interviews, and other initiatives to enhance brand recognition and financial awareness within the target community.
  • Proactively identifying business trends and exploring untapped opportunities ("blue oceans").

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the BaaS, fintech or payment space
  • Strong commercial background, with a demonstrable track record in successfully selling value-based products to strategic targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
  • A strong team spirit, fostering a collaborative and open working environment
  • Effective workload and time management abilities
  • Strong professional and personal network
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, BANT)
  • Expertise in high-value-added solutions
  • High accuracy and attention to details in sales administration and data management
  • Italian native, English proficient
