What if you were the cornerstone of the Indirect Sales for a high-growth, funded, data analytics scale-up?

Challenge : You are be responsible for the development of Toucan’s commercial growth through indirect sales and distribution strategy in France, throughout the territory. You will take a place of choice in a future European software giant.

You are targeted on the number of Sales Opportunites Opened & Won thanks to your actions.
You join an Alliance Team of 4 talented professionals working on Sales, Marketing & Pré-Sales. You report directly to our Head of Alliance - Carole Samama

YOUR MISSIONS

Your first month : You follow our onboarding program and Sales Certification program to get familiar with our uses cases, sales pitch & sales cycle
You get your partner portfolio and start building it according to Toucan’s needs and growth ambitions

After that :Do the words “influenced, sourced, sales with,” speak to you? … Then you will know how to do it! Your goals are to grow your partner portfolio to generate sales leads for vendors, help sign pending deals, create joint offers and distribute. You make sure that Toucan Toco partners are happy and are working with us long term.

70% Business Development & Daily Animation on your Indirect Sales network

  • You convince new partners, integrators and consulting firms alike, to collaborate with Toucan
  • You are responsible for all aspects of the business, and animate your relationships through regular pipe reviews
  • You create events in partnership (co-marketing, co-event…)
  • You get relevant leads out of the pockets of our partners’ salespeople
  • You are responsible for the structure of offers for our joint customers.

30% Sales Enablement, Equipment and Marketing

  • You train & coach our partner’s sales team.
  • You assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis and develop solutions that answer their business needs and can help grow overall Toucan Toco business pipeline
  • You ensure that their sales team is well trained.

Profil recherché

HARD SKILLS

You have 5 years experience dealing with indirect sales within a Software environement, with similar partners: Business & Décisions, Jems, CGI, Umanis, Devoteam, Keyrus…

  • You are a good Hunter, prospecting doesn’t scare you, you have a solid network.
  • You know the complex sales cycles of SaaS solutions or softwares, and have a selling framework
  • You have field sales experience and have already opened accounts
  • You already have at least 3 years experience in sales with Key Accounts: CAC40, SBF, Large SME…
  • You speaks Fluently French & English

ATTITUDE

  • Pragmatic and resourceful, you’re a “doer” = you do things, quick and well. Even if you have to correct it afterwards.
  • You are convinced of the impact that data presentation can have
  • Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious and want to participate to a start-up growth
  • You want to progress in the contact of performing individuals
  • You use Digital Tools efficiently
