Your Mission

Tomorro is doubling in size every year and scaling internationally, with Germany set to launch as our next key market in 2025.

To drive this expansion, we are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Founding Marketing Manager to take ownership of our go-to-market strategy in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our local presence, working alongside Thibaut (Country Manager for Germany), Lucile (Head of Marketing), and the Global Marketing Team to establish and execute a high-impact marketing strategy.

Your Responsibilities

As our Senior Marketing Manager for Germany, your mission is to drive pipeline growth, accelerate market entry, and build Tomorro’s presence in this key market. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that marketing efforts directly support business growth and revenue impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the German market, working closely with the French marketing team to ensure alignment with global objectives.

  • Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives—including events, content creation, paid advertising (SEA/SMA), and co-marketing—to establish Tomorro’s visibility and drive high-quality pipeline growth to support the sales team.

  • Build Tomorro’s local brand by developing relationships with media, influencers, and key partners, and amplifying customer success stories.

  • Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, ensuring that every initiative is data-driven and contributes to revenue growth.

  • Manage and coordinate external resources (copywriters, ad specialists, etc.), ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success.


Profil recherché

About You

  • You are a native German speaker with fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken)

  • Experience: +5 years in SaaS marketing, with a track record of successfully launching a foreign company in the German market.

  • Strategic yet hands-on—you excel at shaping high-level strategy while executing with precision.

  • Ambitious and growth-driven, eager to make an impact in a fast-growing company.

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. A 30-minute intro call with Mathilde (Business Recruiter) to get to know each other, talk about Tomorro, and check if our expectations align.

  2. A 1-hour background interview with Lucile Borgne (Head of Marketing)

  3. A 1-hour motivation interview with Thibaut (Country Manager and Co-founder).

  4. A 1-hour case debrief with Octave (Demand Gen Manager) and Lucile.

  5. Reference checks.
