Descriptif du poste

You will report to the CMO and the Head of Content Marketing.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Key Account Managers, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

This job is based in Paris (hybrid) 🇫🇷 with regular travels across France and Europe

This role is made for someone who loves being on the ground: meeting teams, building relationships, and bringing Naboo to life in different cities across Europe — not once in a while, but regularly.

As Field Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of Naboo’s events (trade shows, customer events, key business moments).

Your main goal is to generate qualified demand, accelerate sales pipeline, and build an event engine that is high-performing, measurable, and scalable — while delivering standout experiences.

1) Event strategy & planning

  • Build and run the annual event calendar (trade shows, customer events, launches).

  • Define objectives, audiences, formats, budgets, and KPIs for each event.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact (pipeline, retention, partnerships).

2) End-to-end event execution

  • Manage full event operations: venues, vendors, booths, logistics, signage, swag, catering, staffing.

  • Coordinate internal teams and partners before, during, and after events.

  • Ensure smooth, high-quality execution — on time and within budget.

3) Marketing & sales activation

  • Deliver structured event comms plans: invitations, follow-ups, content, sales enablement.

  • Partner with Brand and Content teams to produce key assets (emails, landing pages, decks).

  • Set up commercial activation: targeting, personalized invites, meeting booking, post-event follow-up.

4) Performance measurement & continuous improvement

  • Implement event tracking (UTMs, forms, badge scans, CRM).

  • Run satisfaction surveys (NPS), analyze attendee feedback, and organize qualitative debriefs.

  • Produce clear performance reports and actionable improvement recommendations.

  • Build and maintain an event playbook (processes, templates, best practices).

5) Budget ownership

  • Build and manage event budgets (fixed/variable costs, travel, logistics).

  • Negotiate with vendors and optimize costs without compromising quality.

  • Ensure rigorous financial follow-up with internal teams.
