We’re looking for our next Community Manager to manage all IMCAS social media platforms and various additional communications tasks! Our ideal fit is a motivated, enthusiastic candidate ready to work on 360° projects, specifically creating content and themes, all while maintaining a strong focus on expanding the IMCAS community.
Our perfect match would be an individual who thrives on sharing fresh ideas, bridging community and culture across borders, business savvy, and, of course, being up to date on the latest trends online. But most importantly, we need linguistic passion—total native-level fluency in English is a necessity in this role, and the more languages, the merrier!
Responsibilities:
COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA (80% of role)
Maintain and develop our online community of physicians
Boost our digital presence via PR and social media posts
Identify major players in our community and propose collaborations
Manage and engage on our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, WhatsApp) and explore new possibilities for expanding (TikTok, WeChat, Line…)
Create visual content for posts, share new ideas and collaborate with the marketing team
Maintain and develop our brand and voice
Create and execute social media advertisement campaigns
Implement KPIs, track performance, and conduct benchmarking (Google Analytics, HootSuite…)
EDITORIAL (10% of role)
Organize and work with the rest of the marketing team throughout various projects
Meet critical deadlines for content delivery (media such as photo, video, podcast, and light copywriting)
Participate in editorial projects for our magazine, the Insider, and our IMCAS Academy blog (examples of tasks: writing or assisting with articles, interviews, contact, etc)
EVENT ANIMATION (5% of role)
PUBLIC RELATIONS (5% of role)
Collaborate with the marketing team and press agency handling our PR specifically for our events
Develop digital PR strategies
2-3 years of experience in communications and content or a degree in digital media or similar
Data tracking and analysis using tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc
Strong community management skills and expertise with popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), experience with both Western and Eastern social media platforms is a plus!
Native or C2 fluency in English (US ideally), both written and oral. Certification of level is a plus.
Intermediate or fluent level of French (B2 – C2)
Additional linguistic fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Chinese is a huge bonus!
Event management experience (experience in the medical industry is a plus)
Graphic design skills (Canva), InDesign is a plus
