As our Product Manager, you will coordinate a product team of 8 people by owning the vision for a platform that lets users build advanced, multi-agent AI applications without code. You will make sure every decision serves our long-term strategy, not just short-term client requests, and you will deliver tangible outputs every cycle.

• Define and refine the product vision, keeping Thinkeo ahead of the state of the art in LLMs, DAG workflows, AI agents, and AI-first UX.

• Turn market insights, competitive research, and user feedback into clear, high-impact priorities.

• Work closely with our freelance UX/UI designer to brief, iterate, and validate designs.

• Produce functional specs, documentation, and user guides that make our platform self-serve.

• Ensure perfect product alignment with our go-to-market strategy.

• Deploy features early, even if not fully polished, to validate, learn, and refine.

• Run short feedback cycles with users, measure impact, and feed results back into the roadmap.

• Since the team is small, you will get your hands dirty and be both operational and strategic.

• Coordinate closely with backend, frontend, and QA teams to keep delivery moving fast and consistent.

• Maintain a strict focus on the core product, ensuring every feature supports the platform vision.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS or complex tech products

• Experience working in a Product-Led Growth, Product-Led Sales, or AI-driven company

• Capable of driving the product vision while also delivering hands-on at a rapid pace.

• Comfortable working in 2–3 week release cycles

• Strong culture of testing, iteration, and continuous feedback

• Solid understanding of AI products and modern architectures

• Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical teams

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment

• Interest and experience with no-code products is a plus
