We are seeking a highly strategic Product Owner for Radioligand Therapy (RLT) to lead the roadmap and execution of Alpha-Suite. This is a mission-critical role shaping how molecular radiation therapies are selected, planned, optimized, and brought to patients at scale. In this position, you will work closely with our flagship partner centers—top oncology and nuclear medicine institutions—to co-design clinically meaningful AI tools that address the field’s biggest unmet needs. You will translate complex clinical, imaging, and dosimetry workflows into intuitive, safe, and scalable product capabilities adopted by global cancer centers. Your work will directly influence how healthcare systems worldwide deliver personalized radioligand therapy and accelerate next-generation oncology research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product vision and roadmap shaping the next-generation RLT ecosystem.

• Define high-level product requirements for AI-driven patient eligibility, advanced individualized dosimetry, and trial matching intelligence.

• Collaborate deeply with flagship clinical partners to gather insights, pilot features, and validate clinical value.

• Partner with engineering, AI, physics, and regulatory teams to deliver robust, regulatory-grade medical software aligned with clinical workflows.

• Ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA, GDPR, and the EU AI Act, supporting quality, safety, and clinical validation activities.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategy, market education, and scale-up across Europe, the US, and global regions.

Required

• MSc/PhD in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Radiopharmacy, Radiation Oncology, or similar

• Strong interest in healthcare/oncology, good understanding of radioligand therapy (PSMA, SSTR, Lu-177, Ac-225), PET/SPECT imaging, and dosimetry workflows

• Experience in product management or technical leadership in medical technology, oncology AI, radiotherapy/RLT, or regulated software

• Ability to communicate with clinicians, researchers, engineers, and business teams at a high level

Preferred

• Experience with AI-driven healthcare solutions, RLT dosimetry, or multicenter clinical research

• Background collaborating with academic medical centers and industry partners

• Knowledge of clinical trial design or digital twin modeling
