As an API Management Product Owner, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of API platforms that power and connect critical enterprise systems. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and business, shaping how APIs are designed, secured, governed, and consumed across organisations.

Your scope will cover high-impact initiatives: building and evolving enterprise API gateways and developer platforms, enabling seamless integration across dozens of applications, and supporting hundreds of internal and external consumers. You’ll define standards, drive API lifecycle management, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security—while keeping developer experience front and center.

You’ll work hands-on with engineers and architects, translating business and integration needs into clear technical priorities. Comfort with technical depth is essential: from understanding API design patterns and contracts to navigating authentication, performance, and observability concerns. At the same time, you’ll engage senior stakeholders to align platform strategy with broader IT and business objectives.
