    We develop a multi-tenant SaaS platform to analyze what drive people in organizations, and how to better respond to their needs. HR and top-managers can, therefore, take better people-related decisions, and employees feel better. 👍

    People analytics is a fun field, with everything to re-invent. We mix design, data-science, and magic to understand how employees live their onboarding, how they grow in their company, and how actions impact their engagement. 🎯👌

    Job description

    🌟 Mission

    Product Managers (PMs) strive to make Supermood the best product in the HR-world. They are responsible for their squad’s impact, they work with our dev and design team to continuously improve and transform our product.

    🎯 Focus

    • Gather requirements and ensure every voice is heard 📣 → Organize our users’ feedbacks and talk with our ops teams to enrich our backlog with their knowledge and needs.
    • Define a roadmap and prove its performance 📈 → Establish a clear and impactful roadmap for its squad and prove its impact on the objective.
    • Follow up solutions from conception to delivery 👀 → From insights to user stories to releases, specify and test your features… and ensure they are launched properly
    • Ensure a smooth sprint execution 📅 → Coordinate with the squad’s designer, scrum master, and dev team to ensure our delivery is smooth and our backlog is always tidy.
    • Create a test/learn mindset ♻️ → You test three iterations before you build one, track the features’ metrics and iterate on those. Infuse agile culture and customer-centricity.

    • Create a viral effect: once we have one coworker or manager in, all his teammates join and they wonder how they could manage to work without Supermood
    • Push usage - ensure our 10 000+ managers crave to create their own surveys so that our data curves skyrocket 🎢
    • Design an autonomous onboarding flow for our mid-market companies

    Preferred experience

    • You want to improve billions of coworkers’ daily worktime
    • 3 years minimum (excluding internships) of successful experience as a PO or PM, working in SaaS companies
    • Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to exchange with colleagues and clients of all hierarchical and technical levels
    • Agile mindset - test & learn
    • Data-driven and organized, focus on outcomes - not on outputs
    • Native equivalent level in French (C1), fluent in English (we work in English)
    • Bonus : business, marketing or UX profile; worked in SaaS companies; applied the AARRR metrics

    Recruitment process

    • 1h30 meeting with our Head of Product (including 30min with a developper)
    • 1h meeting with our CTO and/or CEO
