In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 380 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London & Paris and attracted a total of $393M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally.

What you'll do
Review and maintain sales processes across all sales stagesManage, maintain and develop the Everboarding program (on-going skills training) and direct the Enablement Trainer on curriculum changes and business requirements Use data and sales leadership feedback to identify improvement opportunities in the Everborading enablement programsCo-design sales process with Revenue leader and ensure the revenue team reach maximum adoption and productivityCollaborate with internal experts and sales coaches to enable the mastering of Pigment sales methodology and the development of relevant soft skillsCoordinate training with the support of cross functional teams to deliver tactical projects Maintain a high quality standard for all internal sales content and create relevant documentation to support the sales process, methodology and tools adoptionOrchestrate internal communications to sales to ensure sales readiness at all timesMaintain & review tooling (GONG, Outreach, Consensus, Cognism, Zoom info, Navigator) to ensure that it meets revenue teams needs and that all revenue staff are accurately trained Evaluate sales enablement programs and sales teams progress to goals linked to enablement programs (effectiveness)Propose improvements and corrective measures when necessaryWho you are
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations position5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related roleExperience in creating high quality content and managing trainingExperience in the technology / SaaS industryKnowledge of B2B software sales methodologiesRequired experience working with sales tools (sales automation, CRM...) - experience working with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong and/or Hubspot is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentYou speak English fluently, French is a plusWhat we offer
