What you'll do
Your mission is to help ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently by all integration partners. You’ll work with them and our senior Architects to provide the best quality possible for all of our partner-lead models.You’ll be expected to grow your project management & technical skills to provide a first level of analysis.Communicate with partners and customers to get the relevant documents required by the Pigment FrameOperate the analysis framework to provide a first layer of automated qualification with AIFirst analysis level: Understand & review/validate business requirements translated from the customer by the partnerUnderstand and review/validate design architectureAssess the robustness ,quality, and accuracy of the models configured for the customerEvaluate when an escalation is needed to a senior Architect and/or the partner to work on identified gapsWork with Senior Architects and Pigment Product team to design and create GenAI based QA tools to support and accelerate all QA related activitiesOffer level 1 support to partner on modeling activities Offer level 1 support to partner on Integrating source software and migration solutions (connectors & APIs)Onboard onto the Pigment platform, become fully certified and start your journey to Pigment modelling masteryLearn from these experiences to get better at similar situations in the future, for you and the rest of the Pigment eco-systemWho you are
Structured and well organized with strong Project Management skillsSkilled in understanding and building complex systems (EPM, ERP, Datawarehouse) while keeping the view of the reasons for building them1-2 years experience in a technical position, ideally in the world of software implementation, with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, being the most relevant Expert communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiencesSkilled in translating detailed data analysis and technical findings into clear, concise and actionable recommendations.Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with other departments and partners. Exercises sound Judgement in identifying when topics require escalation to senior team members ensuring the appropriate amount of information is communicated.A great learner, especially of new domains: we work for very diverse customer use cases & businesses. Pigment is a business platform, you must understand what you are building.Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product, this is not your standard B2B software, we are 1% finished.Fluent English and French or additional European languages is an advantageMaster’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferredWhat we offer
