We are currently looking for an HR Operations Manager to oversee the Stoïk community in France.
You will have a key role at Stoïk, working closely with several teams (Sales, Cyber, Marketing, Success, etc.), reporting to the CEO, and collaborating with the Global HR Manager (Jeanne), the two Talent Acquisition Managers Léna & Alix.
You will also work closely with the Finance and Events teams.
Payroll:
Managing the payroll for France on Payfit.
Ensuring our full HR compliance regarding the payroll and any other topics handled by Payfit and Deel;
Standardizing as many benefits policies as possible (e.g. car, administrative onboarding/offboarding, and perks);
Acting as the key contact for all payroll-related matters.
Daily Operations
Being the key user of our HRIS Payfit;
Managing relationships with every social provider of this scope (e.g. Health Insurance, Pension, car rental company, phone provider, etc.);
Guaranteeing the best social providers and policies thanks to continuous best practices’ benchmarking and monitoring;
Responding to any employee’s HR questions and handling day-to-day HR topics;
Ensuring a trusting relationship with every employee and every manager to participate in the well-being of every employee at Stoïk.

Offboarding
Providing HR and legal guidance to managers during the offboarding processes;
Being a solid support to managers and a close contact to the leaving employees;
Handling the administrative offboarding process.

You have at least three years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
You already have skills in French Payroll and HR Operations, and you aim to become an expert in these fields.
You are fluent in English.

You enjoy learning, are curious, proactive, adaptable, a good listener, and organized.
You like working with autonomy and know how to be proactive in carrying out your tasks.
