• Proactively manage room availability to optimize turnover and minimize vacancies

Property & maintenance

• Full responsibility of the set-up and launch of new properties

• Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work

• Managing and monitoring incoming maintenace requests

• Regular properties checklist/reporting

• Researching and sourcing competitive bids from various service providers, such as insurers, cleaning companies, technicians

• Placing orders for materials

• Communication with tenants

• Representing the company to tenants

• Participating in the opening of new properties

Tenant relation

• Act as a key representative of the company, ensuring clear and positive communication with tenants.

• Foster a strong tenant community by addressing concerns promptly and improving retention.

• Support and oversee the local team (including interns)
