Job description

The role is part of the sales team, selling Square Sense solutions globally to institutional investors, investment funds, REITs or operators. Our teams interact at a very strategic layer with both top management and operational teams of asset/portfolio managers.
The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills with experience in sales processes in a real estate business. It is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team with high growth forecast across Europe, North America and Asia.

Objectives

• Build and maintain an extensive network with real estate asset managers
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline in coordination with Square Sense top management
• Carry out phone appointments, physical meetings, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing with clients
• Respond to tenders
• Prepare and sign framework agreements with clients
• Ensure Square Sense visibility in real estate and proptech events, conferences in coordination with marketing
• Kick off projects and hand over to project and data asset management teams
• Maintain contacts and interactions records in Square Sense CRM
• Contribute to marketing and communications improvement

Preferred experience

• A Master degree, engineering school or business school
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in the commercial or residential real estate industry
• Curiosity for smart building, technology and innovation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in French, English and ideally another European language (Spanish, German, Italian)
