About Splio

Splio is a scale-up in the marketing and digital technology market, headquartered in Paris. The company has over 200 employees and 4 offices across Europe and MEA.

Splio publishes a SaaS marketing platform that integrates CDP and Marketing Automation, as well as all essential CRM features (loyalty, Mobile Wallets), into a single platform powered by AI.

The platform enables CRM teams in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and Telecoms to communicate and engage with their customers in a personalized manner across all channels (email, SMS, Push Wallet...).

More than 500 retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and Telecom companies across Europe and the MEA use Splio on a daily basis, including Nature et Découvertes, Longchamp, Bazarchic, APC, The Kooples, Fnac-Darty, Micromania, Faguo, Cyrillus, Orange, and Samsung.

Missions

We are looking for a Content Editor in apprenticeship to join the Product to Market team from September 2024  and work with other Splio teams and offices in Europe.

The team works alongside the Product Teams to ensure the optimum adoption of our different products both internally and externally. We drive adoption for different user personas and help customers get value from our products (with documentation, communication, training, platform wording, etc.).

Your missions:

You will be involved in the creation of content in various formats: videos, product documentation, articles, e-learning modules, interactive guides on our platform, etc.

You will help update and improve the existing content in our knowledge base.

You will participate in the promotion of our products both internally and to our clients by contributing to our communication rituals: newsletters, and notifications on our platforms.

You will help optimize the user experience on our platforms: definition of the wording of the features, implementation of interactive guides to help with the setting and understanding.

To carry out your missions, you will use our Marketing Automation tool, a Digital Adoption Platform and various visual creation tools:

  • video editing on Playplay
  • content creation on Notion, Stonly, Zendesk and PowerPoint
  • building interactive slides on Genially
  • creation of e-learning modules on 360Learning
  • creation of guides for our users on our platform
  • etc.

You will actively participate in our internal meetings and have the opportunity to discover the rituals and processes related to the development and improvement of digital products in SaaS mode.

Profile 

  • You must have excellent writing and communication skills in French and English (English is a must for this position).
  • You are particularly interested in new technologies (software, artificial intelligence, etc.) and marketing-related subjects.
  • You like challenges and are able to explain technical subjects in simple terms.
  • You are rigorous, creative and you like to think about new content ideas and innovative formats.
  • You like transversal missions that lead you to work with different profiles on various tasks.
  • You are organized, able to manage several projects simultaneously and are a team player.

Recruitment Process

  • 1h30 on-site assignment including an interview with your future manager, Pauline Guillemard
  • 30 min video call with another member of the Product to Market team
