Our Journey

Sorare was founded by Nicolas Julia and Adrien Montfort in 2018 in Paris to bring sports fans across the globe closer to the players, teams, and leagues they love.

 Sorare is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to join our US Sports squad. This team oversees the gameplay and core product for Sorare’s NBA and MLB businesses.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to facilitate and maintain processes supporting fantasy gameplay for NBA and MLB, helping us to build the best fantasy game for basketball and baseball fans around the world.

As a Product Operations Associate at Sorare, you will:

• Implement and refine operational processes in support of the management of recurring fantasy contests across various game formats

• Develop innovative new forms of gameplay and analyze performance data to inform future initiatives

• Define and analyze contest reward structures in order to maintain a healthy game economy

• Operationalize logistics around deliver of physical and experiential prizing

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage gameplay promotions and drive fan engagement

• Monitor competitive and complementary fantasy gaming products with an eye towards continual improvement of the Sorare gameplay experience

• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of operational experience working in a fantasy gaming environment (or relevant industry)

• Deep knowledge of professional sports and/or the fantasy sports industry, with particular focus on basketball and baseball

• A great team player who can build strong cross-functional relationships to achieve our goals

• Solution-oriented with a strategic understanding of the priorities and needs of the business

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high individual agency

• A self-starter who can work independently towards objectives and demonstrates an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a track record of operational excellence

• Experience with SQL and BI tools (ex. Looker, Hex, Amplitude or equivalent) is a plus
