Our Journey

Sorare was founded by Nicolas Julia and Adrien Montfort in 2018 in Paris to bring sports fans across the globe closer to the players, teams, and leagues they love.

Sorare is seeking a Marketplace Operations Associate to join the Marketplace squad. Sorare’s Marketplace team plays a critical role across the entire company by being responsible for both our revenue through card auctions and the Marketplace as a product.

As a Marketplace Operations Associate your main mission is to create robust and efficient processes to run our auction marketplace. Sorare is a collaborative and team oriented environment. 

As a Marketplace Operations Associate at Sorare, you will :

• Utilize data analysis to maintain optimal card population and encourage team action across our 3 sports: football, basketball and baseball

• Spearhead the launch of our clubs and leagues each season, overseeing everything from card aesthetics to sales strategy and constraints 

• Develop and refine automated processes and tools to enhance the Marketplace's value for our users

• Collaborate extensively with the Marketplace squad and form strategic partnerships with the Business Development, Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams to influence product direction

• Leverage data, research, and market analysis to shape product strategy and determine the best times for auctions

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic operations

• Total proficiency in both spoken and written English

• Strong analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making

• Proficient in Google Sheets; experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker) is a plus

• Previous experience with our game is highly valued. Please share your username with us!

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
