Job Description

As a Manager, Product marketing, you will work with our global solutions that are specifically designed for Fintech’s, Neobanks, Retail Banks, Corporate Banking, Finance Organisations and Manufacturer Captives, across multiple areas of banking, digital banking, and specialist financing.

You will contribute to our success by ensuring that we develop the best possible products and present them to our target markets. In collaboration with the Product Managers, Product Strategists, Demand function, Operational Marketing, Communications, and the Sales Representatives you will be responsible for launching, maintaining, and improving the go-to-market of our products. This role reports to Global Head of Product Marketing.

What will the role involve?:

  • Product launches: Create go-to-market plans, translating technical details and features into stories that resonate with customers and differentiates our product in the market.
  • Craft best of the art product materials across all channels: appealing presentations, case studies, sales kit, website copy etc.
  • Customer Retention: Through your actions, and in partnership with product managers and sales, you’ll contribute to improve the retention and upsell of existing customers.
  • You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand such as working with our customers to create case studies and customer success stories.
  • Be a product expert. Always seek out opportunities to up level your product understanding and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about the Fintech industry.
  • Experience in product marketing and/or product management for a tech company or a financial institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience conveying ideas to end users and marketing or tech teams alike.
  • Experience of marketing SaaS solutions.
  • An attention to detail and eye for quality, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that articulates how we solve our customer’s problems.
  • Excellent people and management skills as you will collaborate with product managers and the sales team: it is a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills.
  • Comfortable developing marketing strategies or campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • High personal organisation and project management abilities.
