Descriptif du poste

We are growing fast and our business is getting more complex: Several AI products; expansion in the US (on top of Europe and distributors in Brazil, India and Nigeria); direct and indirect sales, SaaS models, etc. That’s why we’re looking for someone to partner with the leadership team and lead our data and business intelligence strategy. You’ll be working within the operation team in a transversal role.

The main objectives of this role are to structure, organize and make data actionable for :

  • Marketing & Sales: Develop a strong understanding of our entire conversion funnel including our pre-sell pipeline (esp. inbound/outbound lead generation) and our conversion rates on all channels

  • Product & CSM: Understand and share the main customer’s data points : ARPU, Cost of Sales; LTV & Churn; Usage & adoption, etc.

  • Finance: Help structure our financial dashboards, business plan, market research preparation of board meetings, etc.

  • Impact: Help Sonio to report on its impact (number of mothers and childrens’ life saved etc.)

We’re not only looking for someone that will simply provide dashboards but someone that can lead on the strategy aspect of data, work with our Data Engineers to decide how and what to build, as well interpret, provide recommendations and lead actions on the insights analyzed.


Profil recherché

Sonio is a mission-driven company so interest in our mission is critical. Other requirements are:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization software; we’re currently using Metabase.
  • Most likely, you’ll have 2-3+ years of experience so you feel comfortable interacting with and challenging the leadership team.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills as it’s a very transversal role.
  • We are a fast-growing and global start-up (both our clients and people are spread around the world) at least good command of English both written and spoken is necessary.
  • You value teamwork and you are team-oriented. Team happiness and wellbeing is a priority in the way we’re building the team and we also want to be innovative here!

We move fast and aspire to be transparent over the process, our aim is to have a maximum of 30 days between the first interview and the offer.
