The mission    

Join our International Sales Department as a Senior Sales Account Executive and play a pivotal role in developing our client portfolio in the APAC region. Operating from our Mumbai office, you will lead and close complex deals while contributing to the growth of our SaaS Enterprise Sales. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the identification and pursuit of business opportunities, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals. 
  • Champion Sociabble's product and vision through compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including c-level executives and individual contributors. 
  • Engage with prospects' organizations at various levels, ensuring full understanding and communication of our value proposition using MEDDICC / SPICED methods. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Product, Security, Marketing, etc.) to navigate complex sales cycles efficiently. 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities. 
  • Drive team development through benchmarking, idea sharing, and workshops.

Profil recherché

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • A minimum of 4 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience with an outstanding performance record. 
  • Knowledge or sincere interest in internal communication, employee engagement, and employee advocacy/social selling. 
  • Proven experience in complex selling environments and handling long sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise accounts. 
  • Exceptional skills in delivering product demos that highlight the business value of our solution. 
  • Fluent in English (native or bilingual) with extensive experience working with native English clients and clients in Asia and India. 
  • A self-starting, high-achieving, and adaptable individual experienced in fast-paced environments. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with a persuasive ability in mastering strategic business topics. 
  • Proficiency in sales tools (CRM, Sales enablement solutions, etc.). 
  • A passion for learning and personal growth, continuously seeking challenges to drive progress.
