Sales Ops @Skillup :

  • Directly attached to the VP Sales and within a team ot 10+ sales people, the sales ops at Skillup is a crucial position in our high-growth and process-scaling context

Our market :

  • Our clients are companies from the mid-market / ETI : Accor Hotels, BNP Personnal Finance, Intersport… with between 200 and 5,000 employees in France and wishing to digitize skills management.

You are in charge of:

  • Sales efficiency : scale the sales organisation from quota attainment to measuring conversion rates, lead times, forecast accuracy, sales commitment…Etc

  • Sales enablement : enrich the sales playbook, organize sales trainings, fine-tune the onboarding process, support the marketing team on sales support material, administrate the demo environment for the sales team

  • Data quality : ensure data quality in Hubspot accross all functions : marketing, sdr, account executive, account managers, CSM

  • Reporting & dahsboarding : you are the go to person regarding Hubspot data visualisation

  • Finance : you control data consistency between sales and finance, you manage the sales commission plan in Qobra

  • Sales strategy : support the VP Sales and CMO in defining the best ICP and go-to-market strategy


Profil recherché

What we are looking for :

  • +2yr Sales Ops experience in SaaS

  • Sharp analytical sense

  • Sales Ops culture

  • Profficiency with Hubspot and Sales Ops stack

  • Ability to prioritize your actions and focus on high impact projects

  • Rigor and attention to detail

  • Autonomy & ownership
