You are in charge of:
Sales efficiency : scale the sales organisation from quota attainment to measuring conversion rates, lead times, forecast accuracy, sales commitment…Etc
Sales enablement : enrich the sales playbook, organize sales trainings, fine-tune the onboarding process, support the marketing team on sales support material, administrate the demo environment for the sales team
Data quality : ensure data quality in Hubspot accross all functions : marketing, sdr, account executive, account managers, CSM
Reporting & dahsboarding : you are the go to person regarding Hubspot data visualisation
Finance : you control data consistency between sales and finance, you manage the sales commission plan in Qobra
Sales strategy : support the VP Sales and CMO in defining the best ICP and go-to-market strategy
What we are looking for :
+2yr Sales Ops experience in SaaS
Sharp analytical sense
Sales Ops culture
Profficiency with Hubspot and Sales Ops stack
Ability to prioritize your actions and focus on high impact projects
Rigor and attention to detail
Autonomy & ownership
