Context

We are looking for a German speaking Sales Manager who will, besides getting in high quality leads, also act as team lead & mentor the team as we expand within the DACH region. We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team with high ambitions - and we cannot wait to welcome you!

As a Sales Manager you play an essential part in acquiring new customers and get the team ready for the next level. You will be responsible for generating valuable leads that will convert to long-term, excited customers and help the team achieve their target.

Mission

- Building and leading the Sales Team in Germany (currently 4 FTE), setting and tracking team’s KPIs, managing sales performance and providing performance feedback

- Responsible for the achievements of the targets of your team and you play a crucial role as mentor and trainer for the team to ensure their continuous development

- Drive the continuous and systematic development of your team and actively recruit new team members

- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new colleagues

- Make sure the team functions at full potential - the right person in the right place

- Conduct 1to1 sessions to track progress, define potential challenges & come up with an action plan

- Leading by example in terms of demonstrating Your knowledge and expertise on the field

- Contribute to reaching the team target

- Work hand in hand with the Country Manager and our New Venture Manager

Qualifaction

- At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS sales

- Ability to lead, coach and make a team even more successful on a daily basis

- Proactive and strategic approach in developing a strong sales strategy

- Knowledge of German at native-speaker level, as well as very good knowledge of English (French is an additional plus)

- Discovery call (30min) with Andreas, HR

- First "Technical" interview (60 min) with Yannic, Country Manager

- Second "Culture and Values" interview (30 min) with Minea, Go-to-Market-Manager

- Third interview "Vision" (30 min) with Quitterie, CEO & Co-Founder
