At Skello, our brand is the heart of our story. It's all about creating a strong image and clear messages that people remember. Our Brand Designer will be at the center of this, playing a key role in shaping the visual and emotional aspects of our brand identity.

As the future Brand Designer, you'll be the maestro of our brand's image, working closely with the Marketing, Product, HR, and Design teams to ensure every touchpoint with our customers is impactful and reflective of Skello's core values. Your job will be to keep our brand identity fresh and effective, guiding design choices for campaigns and day-to-day brand decisions.

You will be joining a passionate, talented, and multidisciplinary team of 5 people, all pumped about innovation and creativity, aiming to lift our brand to new heights, for millions across Europe.


  • Contribute to the development of the brand vision and make autonomous decisions from ideation to execution.
  • Explore new creative ideas to boost and support our brand identity internationally.
  • Develop creative concepts and impactful motion videos and visuals for all our touchpoints across all our international markets.
  • Drive design excellence and process improvement across the organisation, collaborating with peers and stakeholders to achieve positive brand impact and enhance ways of working.
  • Convey complex ideas effectively, simplify information, and actively share knowledge through strong communication skills.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure visual consistency from the product to communication.
  • Work closely with the global Brand team as well as all internal teams (Growth & Acquisition, Product Marketing, People, etc.).
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • Mentor and coach team members to challenge and enhance their skills, fostering professional growth and creativity within the team.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design or art direction, with a strong emphasis on a multidisciplinary approach including print, digital and motion design.
  • Shipped high-quality designs that enhance overall brand experience.
  • A keen interest in B2B/B2C technology products and branding.
  • Passionate about design and digital trends, continually seeking creative inspiration.
  • Communication and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively and passionately defend your decisions.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for Skello's mission, commitment to diversity and global mindset.
